How do I place an order?

Choose your product, tap Add to cart and go to checkout. Enter your name, phone number and full delivery address, select Cash on Delivery and place your order. You will receive an order confirmation right away.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes. You can pay in cash when your parcel is delivered, anywhere we deliver in Pakistan.

Do I have to pay delivery charges?

No. Our product prices already include delivery, so there are no extra delivery charges at checkout.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all major cities and most towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 3–6 working days of confirmation. Remote areas can take a little longer.

Will someone call me to confirm my order?

Our team may call or message you to confirm your address before dispatch. Please keep your phone reachable.

What if my item is wrong, damaged or incomplete?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or return as per our refund policy.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched we share the courier tracking details. You can also contact us with your order number at any time.
